• Phillips Scientific offers trial run and development services at a per day rate or for a fixed price.
  
• If you need a specific tube, membrane or lamination we first try to establish a baseline with a similar product previously made.
  
• Then trial runs are performed to produce product closer to your specifications.
  
• If the production of the product must be done in-house by your company we can demonstrate the process and produce the necessary machinery & tooling and perform system integration as required.
  
• Trial run services range from $1000-$3000/day depending on the labor & materials required.
  
• Demonstration of a process ranges from $10,000 - $300,000 depending on the time required and how proprietary the process is.
